Amazing! My new way of shopping!

I absolutely love this app! I have nothing at all to say bad. Only a list of amazing features. 1. They give you $50 plus $20 2 times so they give you a total of $90 just to link a bank account and address. I’ve never had to pay for shipping, nate covers that, I’ve never been charged any “extra fees”. If you want to purchase more then 1 of the item just update the quantity before “sharing” it to nate. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t but every time I have updated the quantity for more then 1 or 2 I always get the quantity I order. There has also been a time of 2 I have been over the allotted amount and mated cover that ALSO! It’s so easy to shop! Just go to the store site, pick the color, size and quantity and bam! Within 12 - 24 hours, I have a order confirmation email that my order went through. I have had a few cancel on me for “fraudulent purchase” but 97% of them went through and have all been delivered with no issue. I love nate and will keep using it as long as I can! Don’t change ANYTHING! I love it the way it is!

Waste of my time

Only reason I downloaded this app was from an Instagram ad promising $50. I received the $50 and went to place my first order. I wanted a new phone case, so tried purchasing from Casetify. Order cancelled. Don’t know why. So, I tried ordering from Kohl’s. This time the order went through, and I was happy. Until, the day the order was due to arrive and I check the tracking. I found out the order was shipped backed to Kohls for insufficient address, it was missing the apt number. Now, you add your shipping details in the app and I double checked what I put in. Sure enough, my apt number was listed. Since my order was shipped USPS, Kohl’s can’t update my address to reattempt delivery. All I can do is wait for it to get back to the warehouse and receive a refund. I checked with Nates customer service and they didn’t give me a clear answer on why this happened and only told me to update my shipping details. Something went wrong on their end clearly, but didn’t receive any apology or answer on how to correct for the future. Yeah..this is not the future of online shopping. I don’t end up in this situation when going through regular checkout and use auto fill or use Apple Pay or PayPal, which honestly took about the same amount of time. I’m glad I wasn’t out any of my own money for this order and waiting for the refund, I’d be angry then.

Don’t listen to the negative reviews

The app is amazing when you actually have a brain and know how to use it. A quick read online shows you how the app works. The app needs access to your bank because if you were to purchase an item that cost more than the $50 nate provides it will cover the rest by charging your bank account. The people complaining about the $1 fee obviously have no common sense because if they weren’t to charge anything they wouldn’t be making money. The app does have some bugs such as canceling orders for no apparent reason to fix this you have to unlink your bank account then relink it for your orders to go through, but another cause for the app to cancel your order may be because of the retailer many don’t accept the type of card nate uses so this can be a reason your order didn't go through.
