Apparently a sign in ID and password are required when you first start the app. There is no way to investigate how to sign up for an account (ie create a new account or new user button) or how much it costs. This app looks so promising for my students but is a complete fail.
Sign in nightmare
I use NatGeo in my classroom, so I was excited when I saw the app only to discover you have to sign in. How? With what? It doesn't give you the option of creating an account. Disappointed, uninstalling app immediately.
Does nat geo have a tech dept and/or customer service?
Very disappointing; this app is worthless. None of the stories can be viewed. This just reinforces the fact that their online program are just as useless.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
