FIX THE ITEM SCANNER!!!
Nations told me to download the app to scan for OTC items in approved stored. I use Walmart. (No use gettin to the register with a bunch of items and they are not covered). It should be simple. I have a ProMax13. I should have no issues scanning. This app is junk. You hold the scanner, it “might” scan. You enter the UPC manually and it automatically says ineligible item, 65% of the time they are eligible, it lies. After 3 or 4 minutes of coaxing it will finally scan. Go to the store when it’s slow, it might take a while. The OTC program itself is 5*, the app would be also if they fixed the scanner.
App is useless
For months now, I have not been able to scan an items barcode because the scanning icon does not respond. It is off the screen and when I move it over, the cart icon works but the scan icon next to it does not. Worse yet, the app said I had $50 in reward money. Twice I went to check out, using the card and was told I had no funds. Never did I get an explanation of why the money was “put” on my card. I called customer service twice. Once I was told to use it as a gift card, which did not work. The second time, I was told that there was no reward, it was mistakenly added. Never any notice from Nations OTC that there was an error. They just kept letting be told in front of other customers that I had no funds! Embarrassing!!!!
Update, I just downloaded the app that is supposed to have fixed the issues above and I get an error message. Still not fixed.
Just keeps loading, error message
The IT people and engineer software people should be so embarrassed to not properly test this app for functionality!! It makes you feel you are on an old iPhone 5 lol.. It just keeps loading , then won’t let you go to next page after entering correct birthdate , also says to try member ID number instead.. What a hassle.. Finally, at the end of the poor shopping experience , it will not submit your order it just keeps loading info and you have to end up calling customer service to take and complete your order. Customer service rep told me to delete the app .. Ummmm, well when I did that and finished re-typing all of my info AGAIN , at the top of the home screen there was an error message that stated that my insurance had expired(which is not true), they are supposed to be fixing this issue as we speak! We shall see! What a mess! Fix ASAP!!!
