The Nautilus Trainer™ 2 app also supports Apple Health. The Health app lets you keep all your fitness and health information in one easy to read dashboard. Now you can seamlessly sync all your workouts with Health and see your calories burned, workout data, and HR data in the Health dashboard.

Only One?

The App works well and sync very quickly, yet it seems that the App can only sync one machine at a time. How could that be missed when there are a number of machines that are available for purchase. That really gives the App a low rating. Unless I am doing something wrong. Let me know if there is a way to sync mote than one machine.

Hey Sparkaline! I believe that our apps currently have a one machine/one device/one user setup. There may be an option or setting I'm not familiar with though. I would recommend reaching out to our App Support team directly. You will get the best assistance reaching out to our support people directly as opposed to asking questions through reviews. With that in mind, load the app, go to the Settings, and then use the "Send us an email option". That will send your inquiry directly to our App Support team and they typically respond within 1 or 2 business days. No more updates ?! :(

I think the app will not be developed anymore - no updates and bugfixes since a long time :(
The screen size & aspect ratio doesn’t fit the latest iPhone generation (it’s iPhone 3/4 screen size ?). Luckily, the workout data is still being transferred to the Apple health app but unfortunately it’s displayed there as ‘outdoor run’ (what ?!) and the workout end time is synced as the start time (so your workouts always laying in the future and i.e. your watch heart rates doesn’t match your workout period).

Hello Jirí, thank you very much for being a customer and for your feedback! The app itself has been functioning normally to track and store exercise results and workouts. If we may be able to improve how information is being exported or if it is not exporting properly, though, we're happy to help!

Please launch the app, navigate to the "Settings", and then use "Send us an email". This goes directly to our App Team so let them know what trouble you're encountering, what other ideas and suggestions you have, and they'll respond directly within 1-2 business days.

Otherwise, while we may see an update which includes cosmetic enhancements for individual devices, updates are typically based around required bug fixes. We do appreciate ideas and requests, though, so please do make sure to send those along. Such suggestions are saved and tracked in order to make future improvements to our products. Working better!

The previous version of this app didn't sync well, but this seems to be doing great. It synced all of the old workouts and the most recent one. The goal tracker is good, and I am excited to see my progress in the multiple forms that are offered, especially as a chart.
