Not working

When I click my device after I added, I get kicked out of the app automatically. So, I can’t do anything with the app. I bought this expensive mat on purpose due to that extra functions compared to other Korean heating mats that are cheaper. I am now regretting that I bought this for myself. 이럴거면 일반 매트 다른거 살거 그랬어요 한국분들 앱 기능 안되요. 비추천이에요 그냥 일반거 다른 제품 사시는게 나을듯해요

Crashes every time

This app is useless. When I select my device, the app crashes. Why aren’t the company fixing this issue? Looks like other customers are suffering for the same reason.

Very disappointed

This is the same like the plastic remote. App doesn’t provide any other functions except the basic ones controlled by Plastic remote control. Not possible to control with any Smart assistance like google, siri, and even alexa.
