Good articles, not the best readability

My only problems with this app are easily fixable. Here’s the suggestions 1) I want to read everything, and get caught up on all the latest for all my local teams, but I only open the app a few times a week - so I scroll down and read them from bottom to top…seems logical since they are sequential and game updates etc following the time…but the app forces you to close each article and then scroll up to get the next one…really cumbersome (and I alone in my approach/concern?), then 2) when you are reading down to the bottom of the article, and you flip too fast, then that fast scrolling closes the article before you can read the last line or two? It’s another usability “feature” to move to the next article below the current one that doesn’t align with my bottoms up approach to devouring all the great content…

Convenient Way to Watch Sixers but Flawed

I use the app very often to watch the Sixers using my tv subscription, but occasionally it logs me out of the connection. This previous time, when I went to log in, I accidentally selected Service Electric Cablevision(vs Service Electric Cable TV and Communications. Obviously I could not log in with my credentials. When I realized my mistake, I backtracked and selected the correct provider. When I logged in, it designated my having logged into Cablevision instead. Because I was logged into a non-existant account/connection, it would not approve me to stream the game. It was then I realized I could not find anywhere to log out of my provider connection through the app. I ended up having to delete and reinstall the app in order to be prompted again to sign into my provider. In hindsight, I perhaps could have logged out of my provider’s site if an actual connection had been made, but it would be great to have that ability in-app along with some sort of actual account/settings page.

Another issue is that on my Ipad, turning my game sideways for full screen cuts out the score every single time, so my only options are to watch it upright in a much smaller window or use Chromecast, which for me often disconnects.

The app is handy but could use some improvement.

TLDR : Issues with provider connection and inability to change provider in-app or access much of an account/connections page, and wide screen viewing cuts off game score.

Buggy, not fully intuitive

It kinda gets the job done, but it is not fully intuitive and is buggy…

- not clear how to switch between teams you’ve added, nor does it really show you what teams are there. It took a LOT of playing to figure out how to switch from one team to another

- app starts in portrait mode, even if you’re in landscape mode. It will switch to landscape mode if you move your iPad back to portrait mode and then rotate, but it doesn’t just figure out how to do it on its own.

- sometimes, it will only play the live video stream inside a window with no options to get it into a full screen. Other times, it will put you into full screen mode with no ways to get out of it and back to the app. There are no controls on this, and fully restarting the app doesn’t guarantee results one way or another. This needs to be fixed!! Also, when it switches to landscape mode, the video becomes too large for the screen and some of it is cut off on both sides.

- it talks about notifications, but I saw nothing about what you want to be notified about and when…

This app also needs to allow for Picture in Picture mode, where I can hit the home button and get out of the app and still get the video in a small window in the corner on my iPad.

Please make this more intuitive and user friendly, and please fix the bugs described above.
