Ok but recent update lost biometric fingerprint access
It’s ok, the biometric recognition to be used as a password alternative is an excellent feature. It’s best used to avoid inserting the actual password especially when logged on public wifi, like hotels. Etc. However, it would be better if the following improvement are added:
1- make the prepaid cards to show permanently like the other cards and accounts without having to press on it to show them as a drop down menu.
2- to show the amount of money on hold in the prepaid credit cards and to which company.
3- when searching the previous transfers, please make the details and information which were added when the transfers were made available.
Credit card and KNet access restrictions
NBK security and transactions security system is too restrictive and in many cases un reliable when travelling abroad
Contacting customer services not usually helpful and in many cases customer relations person ask to visit local branch which is not possible in many cases !!
