Unacceptable From a Lending Institution.

This app obviously has a history of poor performance. When I originally downloaded the app it worked fine with my I pad Pro & facial recognition. Like others I found problems with it logging me off. Not remembering my “Saved” passwords and now it cant get access to the security questions from Northern to verify my log in....... Two recent updates show in the last 3 months. Northern need to get this straightened out, I was told by a Northern Customer Service “Teller”, that it was an issue with Apple & I should call them.

Unacceptable from a Reputable Finacial institution in todays world. Everything is done on line with apps. And during the pandemic going places in person was not an option. No excuse here Northern Invest the Time & Money to make an app all your customers can use

Update Horrible

Since this app updated, it’ll ask and scan my face but never use it to open my account. Where it use to.
Kinda wonder what’s the point of the face Recognition.

I’ve still had to enter my password since the “new update” and find it super inconvenient since it’s still scanning my face but still making me enter my password.

Not only that, it’s always “updating” and doesn’t allow me to log in when I need it the most. And then I never see what it’s actually updating…bc my face scan is STILL not letting me in.

Meanwhile, I’ve yet to see an other update that works for me as a user and as a customer. Maybe it’s undercover updates that are being updated, because it’s certainly not user friendly updates being worked on.

Terrible, with there was 0 stars option

My account gets locked over night literally twice a month for no reason. It’s when I’m not even trying to login and they lock my account. I wake up to an email that my ID is disabled. I then HAVE TO call a “password agent” (nicest people ever by the way) so to unlock my account.

I want to switch banks but I know it’s going to be a headache. Just wish NBTC would fix online banking.
