Amazing

This app helped me through both practical nursing as well as earning my nursing degree. Hands down one of the MOST HELPFUL/USEFUL apps I have EVER had for nursing school as well as prepping for my NCLEX. This app is absolutely amazing and would recommend it to anyone wanting to better their general knowledge in the field of nursing. Thank you to the creators of this app. I truly appreciate what you have provided for us.

Great to review, however answers have errors;read rationale for answers

I bought the comprehensive app, and the q&A app for both Saunders- rn. I had noticed some errors when the answers were provided, as they didn’t match up with the rationale. the rationale is correct, but doesn’t match the answer given. I bought the q&A paperback book, and I noticed that the answers on the actual book are correct and match the rationale. Make sure you double check your answer with the rationales because the answers don’t match. I emailed customer service, but I found at least 9 or 10 answer errors just on chapter 4. Hopefully they fix this.

Make it better

We need to be able to repeat the incorrect questions. So we don't have to reset the whole thing.
