lowkey one of the best mobile racing games of all time

i dont feel like writing a formal review for this game, but i will say that the game is worth the money. one of the best mobile racing game experiences out there, and still holds up great for its decade old age. although i do have one complaint, and that is that the game is very grindey once you beat the final blacklist member. there are some achievements that are very hard to obtain, like the "event organizer" achievement, that requires you to beat 250 events in first place/gold. (there are only around 65 in the game 💀) there are also some other tedious things too like the fact that the bugatti veyron is unreasonabley hard to obtain. you have to get literally every single car in the game, and almost every achievement in the game until you can unlock it, and even then is it 3 million dollars. the koenigsegg agera r is pretty hard to obtain too but whatever. eitherway, the game is worth it. ive spent a good amount of hours playing it, and ive unlocked every car in the game (including the NFS edition cars), gotten every achievement, and gotten every race in gold.

overall i would rate this game a solid:

8.5/10 (in 2023)

It’s an amazing game, still.

Wow. This game came out almost a decade ago, and it’s still impressive. Crashing of the game has gone up when I updated my iOS device recently. But my main problem is that the NFS editions have seem to gone extinct. I haven’t seen one in a while. Now for those who are looking if this thing is better than No Limits, my opinion is YES. No Limits is not a freemium game, nor a good game. There’s ads. The developers are money hungry. Because once you get through halfway of Need For Speed, No Limits, the game requires you to level the up your car. So you level it up at car series. Then the car series requires you to level up, but you haven’t, since it takes forever to level up in the high ranks, therefore leaving you to have no choice but to make a micro transaction. Most Wanted 2012 has it’s errors, for example the Razor BMW looks nothing like the 2002 Most Wanted. (Sorry if the date is wrong.) The blue shade is completely off and the white is horrendous. There’s no storyline, it’s basically racing around and defeating past champions. Also, speedpoints. They are annoying. I cannot even get an Agera or a Bugatti. And my other complaint is that why is there no customization? At least you can personalize your car in some way. But something that angers me is that the Most Wanted list’s vehicles are not like the actual Most Wanted list for Xbox 360. Where’s the Koenigsegg and Bugatti? Pagani Huayra? But nonetheless this game is great.

Scam

You pay for the game then you pay to complete the game. It’s extremely hard or (spend a lot pf time) to get through the game without spending actual money to buy cars that can actually pose a challenge as the game progresses. The controls are frustrating compared to other racing games, there are so many weird oversights that makes it look like the game was a joke to scam your money—no progress bar (except checkpoint races), any mods you buy using in game money are good only for one race (you either restart before the race ends or prepare to pay the same money to use the mods in your new attempt), the cop vehicles are unrealistically fast (a SUV can zip past you at 300+ kph) unless you keep using nitrous and they are more of a annoying pain than actual challenge, if you install mods on the mod screen the money instantly gets deducted and if you accidentally/wish to go back to choose another car the money is lost forever, the prompt to drift is annoyingly persistent on most races (even if you had drifted before) and covers essential info, the graphics are crap, and there is just so many things negative and cheaply put together yet they tempt you to spend real money. Cannot believe NFS has stopped so low (have been an admirer of their series but guess everyone wants to make a quick buck off the mobile platform).
