Where is the report button?

It’s a lot racism and discrimination on this app. I have been on for less than half an hour and people have to make whole post to defend themselves for k idling in the wrong door.
1. Two black teens went to a friends house and went to the wrong one on the other side of the street. The comments were stating how they need to send the photos to the police and how these criminals need to be arrested, “they are scoping your house to rob” when they are just kids. The mom had to make her own post explaining the whole thing when it was just someone knocking on the wrong door.
2. It’s a youth program and kids have to sell items to go on trips to theme parks and most of them are black, they have on bright shirts that say youth program. Someone post a video of a boy no older than 15 say “strange man looking through glass door” when he moved his head out of the sunlight because it’s at least 97 degree everyday in Florida.
I see people posting videos of exterminators when it’s just someone doing a job. I just want a report button to take down these videos. I have looked for it and I can’t find it.

Install Ring Spotlight

Really not sure how to rate this app as I have downloaded it, 3 times now , I touch home nothing happens, has me in a 3rd world country, needless to say I have removed it again, this time I plan to leave it off my phone, if I can get it to work on my iPad then I will leave it there, if not it goes away as well, I also don’t understand why there are two apps for this , as one say ads and the other nothing, downloaded the ad free app and both apps downloaded at the same time, I am guessing that this is probably the issue.

As of today July 20, 2018, I have been on hold with customer support for over 45 minutes, I can say I got my app up and running finally which is good. I just had one simple question why is one camera showing true colors and the other showing everything in red, I am tired of being on hold and could not find the answer via FAQ, so that lead me to call CS, which seems to be a mistake. I can say I having the Ring System on my Home though it would be nice to have answers to my questions.

An App for OCD curtain-twitchers, made by a company that abuses the data they get from its users

I’ll start by saying I think the idea for this App is a good one, however its achilles is over intrusive privacy settings and the overly paranoid user base it attracts, and yes I get the irony in that sentence.

I don’t know why this App requires such strict geographic settings in order to interact with posted material. For some reason it has to know exactly where I live and requires that I share my location with the App constantly. This is massively over the top to the point it’s just harvesting data from its users.

Perhaps the biggest issue is that the user base seems to mostly be made up of paranoid curtain twitchers who will post any random video of sales people, delivery people, etc and assume they’re up to no good. There have been around 10 posts in 3 weeks in my area and none are of crimes being committed or anything that would help stop crimes happening. They’re basically all people wanting to know who was the person ringing their doorbell, and there overreactions to not knowing. Ring needs to do more so normal users can flag posts as spam otherwise their App will drown in false-positive posts and people will stop using it due to it being a waste of their time.
