Neil Young Archives is the first of its kind musicians’
archive where you can chronologically explore and enjoy Neil Young
albums, tracks, movies, video, art and most everything about his creations.
This is the companion app to the website that brings Neil’s Hi-Res music
and videos to mobile devices.
NYA Classic members can chronologically explore all of Neil Young’s
albums, using a detailed timeline, and play all of his recordings in Hi-Res
streaming audio from an iPhone or iPad.
Newly added for 2021 is an extensive video and movie archives of Neil’s
videos and movies that users can watch on iPhones and iPads for a modest
cost.

a month or create an annual subscription of $19.99 a year which includes

An “NYA RUST” subscription plan gives you access to everything offered in

Unlimited access to “MOVIETONE”, the new NYA video and film
archive consisting of scores of music videos, long videos, and full-
length movies.

“TIMELINE CONCERTS” where members can make concert requests
and listen to other members’ requests of live performances and
concerts on the Timeline. Submit your requests, stories and memories
and share with others.

You can sign up for “NYA RUST” with an annual subscription of $39.99 a
year. You can upgrade from CLASSIC to RUST at any time and receive
credit for the unused part of your CLASSIC subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your
credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. Your payment will
be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your

subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for
renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can
manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through the Account
Settings in your iTunes account.

Love Neil’s new website!!!

The sound quality is so great it reminds me of the good old days BEFORE CDs, cell phone and computer music that is so crappy it sounds like you’re listening through a large can. Stereo is listening to all the instruments individually and you can actually hear the guitar licks and drums cymbals. I’m wanting for the day when ALL technology goes back to the days of yesteryear when music SOUNDS like real music again. Neil’s fans appreciate all the hard work he has done making this website possible, and I am enjoying this dearly! Thank you Neil for making this possible, and thank you so much for sharing this with us!

INCREDIBLE!

There are tons of great things to say about NYA. Firstly, the sound is amazing! Secondly, I love the Free Song of the Day. Then there’s the Contrarian, a newspaper with lots of articles on politics (of course but that’s one thing I admire about Neil) and explanations on how some forms of sound are better than others and why, letters to the editor and more. NYA is very well done and it’s obvious a great deal of thought went into it. I’m not a raving Neil Young fan but my respect for him is growing bc of NYA and I’m finding I like a lot more of his music than the ones that got airplay.

Terrible App

Apparently I made a huge mistake paying for this subscription through my at home laptop. The app often won’t allow me to login and claims that an error occurs when I try to login with my credentials. In the unlikely event I do get logged in without needing to go through the hassle of first changing my password, then the app doesn’t recognize I have a paid subscription and won’t allow me to stream the music I am paying for!! If I try to stream it from my web browsers on my phone it redirects me to add the app and won’t let me access the music that way either. And the tech support/contact us feature apparently goes to a black hole where no one ever responds. Absolutely terrible experience and I truly expect significantly better from Neil Young. This a a freaking joke.
