Doesn’t work
this doesn’t work, downloaded fine then get to the connection assistant and as soon as i turn on the engraver it causes my laptop to restart.
stopped working
I have been using this laser for about a year here and there and was working fine, then i tried to use it last time, about 2 weeks ago and it does not connect anymore no metter what i try to do. and cant find any help online or on their website. no updates or anything. mey have to give up and get me a different laser from a better company.
stopped working on my Mac
Im still unable to connect to my mac for some reason. It wasbworking fine then just stopped working. Where is the help????? None of the recommendations workn at all! Why doesnt anybody from Neje answer any of these complaints???? Where is your support at?
