Does the job when you need to look up a number, but the account data shown is extremely limited. I don't think they've updated the features in a few years.
Good app for credit cards
I would love to see the ability to accept cash or check donations as well. This would help us in the field not have to come back to the office to send a receipt to donor. Creates more back in work. All this does is accept credit card payments. If it weren't for that I'd give it 5 stars. Seems like it wasn't thought out very well before launching it. Love to see an update soon.
Does very little to nothing
You have very limited access to account information, such as phone, email, and address. It has stopped working altogether at this point.
This reflects the software that Neon offers and provides. Slick marketing over a very clumsy and frustrating user experience that provides breadth without cohesion. I've used other CRMs much less than Neon, so I have a fairly limited perspective, but after using Neon for 3 years I absolutely do not recommend the services/product.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
