Scam
This is a SCAM. Do not download. It pops up on your phone as a virus alert from Apple. It says that you must get the app immediately to prevent further damage to your phone and so forth.
There is NO virus. It’s just a ploy to charge you for a useless app that you don’t need.
I’m trying to uninstall this app and cancel the subscription. If you have any suggestions how I can undo all of this, please let me know.
Excellent customer experience
Thank you for an amazing product. I have used this on my FireTV, iPhone and windows desktop. Great design and easy to setup. When I have had issues I always get online and get on a chat session with a tech and 98% of the time they have resolved the issue before I end the chat session.
Easy to use safe VPN!
I’ve had Neon Road for a few months now and have not had any major issues. It provides a fast connection and is easy to use. The app is intuitive and my favorite part is being able to choose the city or country that is hosting.
