More about Neosensory Buzz:
Buzz is a wearable wristband that captures sound and translates it into vibrational patterns felt on your wrist. This is the foundation of our breakthrough Tinnitus Program, based on new medical research on bimodal stimulation. Buzz can also help anyone interested in sound perception, including people with hearing loss and people who are deaf: be aware of sounds such as doorbells, people talking, dogs barking, babies crying, phone notifications, alarms, even music and hundreds of others with Neosensory Buzz.

So cool

I have cochlear implants and I can’t always hear what people say, not to mention my cochlears are Bluetooth so I can’t hear what people say when I’m Bluetooth. So this is really helpful. Highly recommend. I also like how you can turn it down so when your walking and swinging your arms it doesn’t sense the wind and buzz. The modes are also really cool. When I got completely deaf the first thing I was scared of while sleeping was not hearing the fire alarm. This thing conquers my fear. Awesome

Sound awareness

It’s awesome to be aware of sounds around you. My door was creaking so I gave it some lube to make it quiet. I learned that the washer/dryer/microwave button make sounds when pressed, not just to notify when finished. It’s even a six sense. You can wear noise canceling headphones and still be aware of sounds around you. Excellent and prompt service by the creators as well. Looking forward to experimenting with other possible uses being developed from the open API.

One Important Suggestion

Thanks again for investing in Tinnitus R&D. One request/suggestion: Please make your app able to run in the background while using other apps. High likelihood I would do T therapy longer if I could clear email or check social media simultaneously on the same device.
