Part of the enhanced Neptune 360®, Neptune 360 Mobile™ leverages the detailed, accurate metering data from the E-Coder® absolute encoder register. Analyze that metering data at the source to improve your customer service as well as identify leaks and reverse flow.

Running on any common phone or tablet, Neptune 360 Mobile™ enables your field techs to collect detailed data logging information when needed during on-site customer visits. They can immediately generate graphs of a customer’s water usage patterns to show exactly when they used more water than usual or when a probable continuous leak began somewhere in their house. The graphs also provide all E-Coder® alerts to further aid in troubleshooting usage anomalies. Our Neptune 360 Mobile™ app is easy to install and use, and immediately puts AMI functionality literally in the palm of your hand – including 96 days of hourly interval data as well as flags for leaks, tamper, and reverse flow straight from the meter.

Will get us by

We are a small system that still has mostly direct read meters. This is more geared towards Amr and Ami reading. It can be used for manual reading but doesn’t show the meter serial number only Miu which a direct read doesn’t have

missing features

PLEASE…. Bring back some of the old features you use to have like doing routes in reverse and the ability to change/fix the order in which the route is done. Ever since the big update this has been an issue for everyone. It would make things so much easier when training new readers on these routes that have little to no amrs. Would most definitely make our jobs more efficient.

Not working

With so many updates you that there would be a way to refresh it. I have to uninstall the app just to get my route every month because I can’t refresh it to see if it’s there your app needs a better overhaul.
