Ness - Food Takeout & Delivery 4+

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with mobile ordering.

After placing an order with one of my favorite local Korean tofu shops, I was notified that one of the items I had ordered was unavailable for today. They contacted me directly and I was able to swap out the unavailable entree with another one and even gave me a side for free! When I was notified as soon as it was ready for pick up and it was still hot when I got home.

It was awesome that I didn’t have to go through a third party or customer service to just to resolve an issue with dinner. I’ll be ordering through here from now on.

This app is super helpful! I was ordering food for people in my office & just writing everything by hand when my coworker told me about Ness. After installing, just placed the orders through my phone and picked it up whenever it said it was ready on my phone. Saved me So much time!!! Highly recommend for people who are always busy & don’t wanna speak on the phone for 10 minutes trying to figure out if my order is correct or not :)

I started using Ness a few weeks ago because all of my coworkers recommended I try it out. Due to our short 45 minute lunch break, I always had to scramble to get to the restaurant, order and eat as quickly as possible, and then rush back to the offices. Now, I just order before lunch and have an extra 20 minutes to enjoy my break. LOVE IT!
