Pathetic customer care and one sided policies
Guys please read the negative reviews which has lot of good information about the pathetic service nestWay providing. Think 1000 times before choosing nestWay for your stay. During Covid, there customer care is not operating. We need to invest lot of time in understanding where to raise our problem. Even if you raise the request they take 10 days to respond. I have moved out 15days ago but still I have not got advance. Each day they are telling different stories . I really feel renting a house owned by land lord is better than with app based renting. ESP nestWay is very pathetic . They charge for delayed payment of rent . But when they delay for paying back ur advance they take like a month. I asked for late payment charge as my money with them. They don’t even respond to that query.
Great Offboarding Experience
I am a homeowner with my property under Nestaway for nearly 5 years
On two occasions, I had bad experience with tenants and on both occasions Nestaway team was able to resolve the matter satisfactorily in the end.
I would like to commend in particular the dedication and customer focus of Mohammed Mussadiqullah who ensured that tenant vacated , and house was cleaned and also arrears rent was eventually credited
He was my sole point of contact during the offboarding process that dragged due to COVID challenges , but he deserves credit for ensuring it got done.
