Nice BUT
The functionality is not as good as the UI. Work in progress. No apple pay, but only the App, the service and products are still top notch! I believe easier electronic purchases like Talabat will boost the sales.

Needs upgrading
App crashes every time and you need to reinstall again. Then it happens again and you install again. Rinse and repeat every time you use the app.
App and website are utterly horrible and the new subscription system is very bad. You can pay and not get your subscription so buyer beware, that’s what happened to me.
The new payment and subscription system is a joke.
Too bad it’s a shame the company went down hill fast.

Blackmail
Garbage from a greedy company!
I’ve been buying their 5L bottles for more than 5 years via coupons. Now they tell me it has to be through the app. However, I now can’t order just coupons, I have to order 2 empty bottles, as it is my first order. In addition, I can’t even choose how many coupons to order, but have to take their new subscription offer that is 2x the 10 coupons I want.
Needless to say, I have the stupid empty bottles since I started using them 5 years ago.
So, either this is just a pure money grab, or a completely idiotic design that completely ignores that the business has an existing customer base and didn’t think of how to migrate them.
