Leveraging on novel-routinization theory, the team behind Nestre created a dynamic mindset profiling system that helped me understand how I think and respond to personal and professional situations. The curated array of mental exercises and games complement my unique mindset profile, tackling weaknesses and sharpening my strengths. It also hosts a range of lecture series by professionals at the top of their field, giving intimate insights into key moments that lead to their successes.Playing the games and listening to the lecture series as part of the daily exercise first thing in the morning has been a game changer. I now start every day off with a boost of inspiration!

Takes time and Consistency

Like any physical training, this app took time and consistency. I used the app roughly 3-4 times a week for like 5 months and really saw a difference in how I operated at work and at home. I found myself handling the stress of each day better and I was able to process changes better when it came to my work projects! I highly recommend, but you have to be committed to it.
