NetPulse is a focused network monitor for the macOS menu bar and an optional independent floating panel. It brings live speed, per-app traffic, network quality, IP details, and local usage history into one compact dashboard.

- Use light or dark appearance, launch at login, and switch among English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, German, French, and Spanish
NetPulse is useful when switching among Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPNs, proxies, and hotspots, or whenever you need a clear view of unusual network activity.
Privacy:
Speed and traffic statistics stay on your Mac. Per-app traffic requires one-time approval for an observe-only macOS Network Extension. Every connection is allowed. NetPulse does not read, modify, block, store, or upload network content, destinations, browsing history, messages, or files.
IP and location features contact lookup services as needed. Real Public IP uses a first-party NetPulse HTTPS endpoint with access logging disabled and no-store responses. The outbound IP country code is used only on the Mac to select a Mainland China or global quality target group. Checks send bodyless, cookieless HEAD requests to the three selected operators and store no history. Request failure rate is not ICMP packet loss.
