No workie
It was able to work on time but hasn’t worked since. Also, if you change phones, then you pretty much have to start all over again.
Occasional blank screen
Sometimes when I open the app to accept the login request, instead of the PIN screen, I get a blank white screen. I have to force close the app and reopen. Usually trying a second time lets me in, but sometimes it takes a few tries. I tried the App Support button here in the App Store, but it goes to a website that's apparently the support page for dozens of products, so after a few minutes of poking around for a place to submit a ticket, I gave up. I certainly haven't had a one star experience like some other reviewers, but it's occasionally glitchy and it's difficult to contact support.
Simply doesn’t work
After working well for about 18 monthh, this app stopped working about 1 year ago on my iPhone 8, now running iOS 15.1. The app tries to launch, there is a very brief flash, and then it disappears and cannot be found. The two factor authentication codes have no way of being received. I have deleted the app and re-download it from the App Store several times, but that has not fixed anything. This has been in the reviews for over a year, so I can only believe that the developers are no longer supporting this product. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to matter to my company, leaving me in a very difficult situation. I am only posting this review to help inform others who may experience this.
