I work for Park’N Go of Orlando, which uses the netPark system, and we are forced to use this app to check-in customers. Let me be the first to say that this app is pure trash. My coworkers and I have been using this app daily, for months now, and there are glitches galore all over the place. This app has so many bugs that it is virtually unusable, but we don’t have a choice as netPark is the system put in place to register incoming customers. My manager told us, months ago, that the developers of the app are working on a new version to fix many of the issues. We have yet to see the new version. The system always logs us out, unexpectedly, and we have to log back in and have the customers wait. Also, the app freezes after checking in more than two customers at once! This app is truly a joke. I don’t know how the company I work for has chosen to stick to this parking software. My customers and I certainly don’t have the time to figure out how to get the app to work when they are running low on time to catch an early morning flight. Fix this. This is ridiculous and embarrassing. Absolute trash.
