Ratings and Reviews
Difficult to connect
This is a great app once you can get connected. Every time I try and get connected it is a very long process to get the WiFi to work. I haven’t been able to login for a few days now because it says the Internet cannot connected and to check it WiFi password is incorrect and it is definitely not the wrong password. After a few days of waiting or deleting and re downloading the app i get logged in with no WiFi problems. If the app didn’t do this, it would be a 5 star because I love it otherwise.
Loses internet connection and difficult to reconnect
My 2 cameras worked well enough once I got them connected the first time around. I have not been able to reconnect them after we replaced our WIFI router. Didn’t help when a cell phone update disabled the Phone speaker ‘connection’ to the Netsee app. My phone can’t play the ‘Bonding’ tones used to link the cameras. Haven’t found any helpful troubleshooting tips yet. /:
Suddenly half the cameras don’t connect
Getting network unstable for half the cameras this week even though nothings changed on camera settings or my network. Something change on the server or how the app connects to cameras?
