Netspend Earned Wage Access ٤+

I have tried using this for over a year and for some reason I could use it the first couple of months. Now after the year is up I no longer can use this service. I have contacted everyone on this and still no help. They say my work place will not work with them. It says my hours have not been reported. I work 40!plus hours a week and for this not to work on occasions I need a bump until the next week really defeats the purpose of allowing companies to have this. As far as my company they as well as I have sent all documents they have asked for so for me it makes no sense as to why it will not work.

This app was ok until I had trouble with Face ID. I’m bad for remembering passwords so that’s why I use that feature I couldn’t remember my password so I was locked out. I reset my password but was still locked out for a few hours. I’m thinking if I reset it I should be able to go and check my wages well no it gave me no access. I attempted to call customer service through Netspend and they were not understanding the situation as I explained it to them. He talks to his supervisor and comes back and says this number is for Netspend mobile banking and that the earned wages is not with them. Well I said the app is called Netspend earned wages can I get that department he proceeds to say call back in 10 min so I can escalate the situation I hung I never like talking to customer service that is not fluid in my own language and not that type of person but when there is a language barrier how can you help if you are having trouble understanding my problem.

i was supposed to be paid my paycheck about a month ago, i have been waiting for access to it because of a restriction that was added for a reason they wont tell me. My money has been held hostage since over a month ago, my information leaked and getting calls from unknown numbers, spam emails, and attempts at logging into my gmail from the email i sent to their 'support team'. THIS SHOULD BE A FEDERAL CRIME for holding MY PAY for NO GIVEN REASON.

i have been on hold with the risk management department for about 21mins, calls tend to last around 50mins, and every time i call i guess the entire department goes on break. I have never once spoken to someone from this department, and regular support only tells me to submit my info to some random email or website, different every time. Ive been working with an HR employee for 3 weeks on this, and even she has no idea whats happening in there.

im at the point of sueing, i hope atleast your lawyers pick up the phone.
