Keeps Crashing
The app is great when you can actually get it to work. More often than not, the app crashes when I try to open to complete surveys. This makes it difficult to conduct business efficiently (the reason we started using this program in the first place). If using the full online version is the only working feature, this program isn't really beneficial.
