Description
This app allows you to train and test a 3-layer neural net with handwritten digits (0...9).
For this, you may use the embedded MNIST data base including 40.000 handwritten digits. Furthermore, you can teach the net with your own handwriting by using your smartphone camera or writing on the screen with your finger.
The app is based on and inspired by the example of Tariq Rashid given in his book "Make Your Own Neural Network". The app source code is on GitHub.
What’s New
Version 1.1.1
This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
Now you can stop ongoing training or testing sessions.
Ratings and Reviews
Can’t use the user input drawing page.
It scrolls when i don’t want it to, witch causes it to cancel my input...
Works for me! Very nice interactive teaching tool
Using an iPad Pro with the pencil. It’s not continuous but if you lift the pencil after each “dot” it works. I didn’t test it fully but it deserves much more than one star. And it’s free!! I’m encouraging others who understand Neural Networks better to evaluate and voice their opinions. If all is well then this is a tremendous teaching tool.
