Great car service

They get you on time for pick up and thevwait is never to long . Fast and easy drivers to get me to work on time or early ! :) clean cars with no smell . They don’t charge extra if you need to stop for coffee just buy your driver a cup to 🥰😊 thank you for the best cab service in queens and nyc area

Their missions statement says they are “Professional and prompt”, NOT!!!!

I have used their service before and also found the credit card option for payment to be outdated. Why ask for our credit card in the app if you’re going to make an imprint?

This may be the last time i use their service. The car was 15 mins late taking us to the airport. We hit a lot of traffic and the driver was nice enough to start the credit card transaction. The lady at the office was rude and did not allow us to make the payment until he makes an imprint. How strange?!?!
She also made a rude comment saying that I wouldn’t be in a rush if I gave myself more time. How about, I wouldn’t be in a rush if you showed up in time?

Why make an app?

This app is very strange. It starts off like any other car service app where you put your location and your destination and it gives you a quote. All normalcy stops there unfortunately. You then will get a call from a dispatcher who asks you cash or credit (something that you have already answered on the app) and then if you say credit, they tell you that there is automatic charge, credit card fee, and the driver needs to make an imprint of your card. What year is this? I entered my payment info on the app but the driver needs to see the card physically afterwards. I still use the service because of the cheaper prices, but it's a pain. The drivers also make you feel like you're inconveniencing them.
