Listening is Wonderful

Lost all history without warning.

I loved this app. It kept track of all my reading progress, which I had almost completed the New Testament and a couple of books in the Old Testament. This morning I went to read and the app looked completely different and it was asking me to install the app. I had installed the app already and with the Ad Free option. I am completely devastated all my settings, history, reading progress is gone wiped clean. No explanation as to why. So I tried to contact their Tech Support. I filled out the name and email address, then went to the page and waited for a live technician. He came on and said can I help you. So I explained what happened and sent the email. And it just continued to buffet. After a few minutes I typed, “Are you there?”, I got no response. I waited a few more minutes, it was still buffeting. I typed, “Hello is anyone there?” No response. That was in the afternoon. It’s now 10pm and the site is still buffering. So I don’t know what to do. I had no notification of my subscription being ready for renewal or anything. So for this incident I give you 1star. Otherwise I love the app it was my favorite, which I gave it 5 stars a few days ago.

NKJV Bible APP, but The Audio is Read from the KJV😥

I’m very disappointed, as I started listening to the audio while following with the written words in this app. The audio is read from the KJV, while the written word is from NKJV. Although that’s not the worst, because one can keep track of all the books read in the app which I do really like, and the Quizzes are actually quite enjoyable. What is upsetting to me is that I’m in Genesis 24, and the audio is horrible where the audio voice appears to be skipping around possibly to other books, because it’s impossible to follow along with the written words within the app. PLEASE FIX THIS. I will try listening to the next book, if it’s a problem I will look for another app. I really wanted to hear the Bible read from the NKJV. 😢
