Great for accessing MVP content on the phone
I really appreciate having this app for MVP because I love having the courses so accessible on the go through an app. I often download specific lessons to listen to when I am traveling but know I might not have access to wifi all the time. Some MVP meditations too have been just what I needed before walking into a stressful situation, it meaningful to have an easy and quick way to access them on the go. It’s nice too to not need a browser or navigating one to get to the course content like from a phone or laptop. I am sure there are features that can be improved on the app but for how I use I personally enjoy the app and am glad it exists in this format.
