A good quick look

This provides a good quick look at your metrics, but could use some polish. For instance if I select a version to see my crashes I’d like the crash rate to reflect that. Instead the rate stays at the same level.

Also, please fix the Face ID login. It will automatically login even if my face can’t be detected. I even tried covering the camera. Provides a false sense of security.

Developer Response ,

Hi Cruddell001, thanks for the feedback! The Face ID login would only be used if you were logged out and tapped the Face ID button. This sounds like it's just doing the normal downloading of your data with the current logged in status. I'll add a feature request to make this initial state less confusing, so it doesn't appear like it's using Face ID.

Stay away from the iPad version

The iPhone version is useful, despite the small screen. The iPad version lacks everything but APM and the browser stuff...useless for Infrastructure.

Developer Response ,

Hi MoreDisgusted, Recently released version 3.42.1 now contains Infrastructure on the iPad. Please give it a try, and let us know what you think!

Happy to be back with New Relic

With the new simple pricing I’m back and very happy from my previous APM.

Please add a refresh / pull to refresh option. Sometimes during high traffic events you really do need to hit the refresh every few seconds.

Developer Response ,

Hi ant-999, We are glad to hear you are happy with the new simple pricing. That is a great feature request, and feel free to keep requesting them, either here or in the in-app feedback, on the left nav.
