As we close out this lap around the sun, we’ve got an update everyone is talking about. You see, we’ve added conversation threads to new.space (that’s how everyone is talking about it). But that’s not all, in order to keep track of everything happening across your Spaces, we’ve also implemented an activty center. You can find it on the homescreen of the app at the top to quickly jump to wherever the action is happening. Lastly, we’ve been tuning & tweaking and have updated the add sheet to be better than ever—try it out!

Little adjustments for a smoother new.space orbit! Following our recent major update, we at new.space have a few small (but oh-so neat) improvements and changes for you. • NEW - Organizing your week just got a whole lot better with the new 'Add to Today' or 'Add to Tomorrow' buttons. When selecting or long-pressing on an item, just choose which day you want to add it to. (shh) Pro-tip: select multiple items and add them all to Today or Tomorrow at once! • NEW - Tapping on a new.space link inside of one of your spaces will join the space and open it directly inside of the app! • IMPROVED - Now, if the Brainstorm you send to ChatGPT or Claude is too long, we'll offer to send it to a different model that accepts longer Brainstorms. Houston, we have an update! This is a massive release for new.space which adds a host of new features, integrations, and bug fixes and UX overhauls: • NEW - Integrations. Connect popular services with your account and get special cards, insights and capabilities. • Connect GitHub to see details on Pull Requests right within a Space. • Connect Figma to get better previews and see comments from artboards in a Space. • Connect Slack to see recent chat messages right in a Space. • Connect ChatGPT and Claude to create Brainstorms — collaborative documents supported by AI. • NEW - Brainstorms. An exciting new type of item that can be added to a Space which enables users to ask questions and gain insights about content within a Space. • NEW - Markdown. We’ve heard your requests. You can now use Markdown in notes. Add a title, some light formatting, lists and to-dos! • NEW - Dark icons. iOS 18 is upon us, and we’ve added tinted icons to match. • IMPROVED - We’ve updated the UX for the details view, just swipe up when viewing any item! • IMPROVED - There are now some bits of haptic feedback when using the app. • FIXED - There are loads of bug fixes in this update. As our team continues to work on some big and highly-requested features, we wanted to make some smaller changes and bug fixes to make sure the new.space continues to work better than ever for you all! • We added the ability to copy an item to different days in the same space, if you have that space grouped by day. This also works inside of your Today space, making it super easy to organize your day using new.space. • To go along with that change, we've moved the Copy Item to Space button into the system share sheet. You can access it from the share button or by long-pressing on an item and selecting share. • We've fixed numerous issues with Dynamic Type across the app. It should look and work much better now when you use larger system fonts. • We also fixed numerous crashes and other UI issues across the app. Thanks for all of your support since our launch. We can't wait to show you what we've been working on!
