This is a good App but it has problems. If I go to delete one item in the CART .. it will delete everything I picked out. Such a pain to go back and pick everything all over again.
Then I went to add my payment method, it has the camera icon to scan my card. I press it and it won’t work. It suddenly puts me back to the checkout. Then it won’t let me select a payment method. So I had to close the app 2 times before I could manually put it in. The app also doesn’t allow you to choose not to save a credit card on file. It made me and I don’t like this for issues regarding hackers. I don’t like keeping my credit cards on file with anyone. So I’ll have to go to the website and hopefully be able to remove my credit card from there after paying for my items.
There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed.
Also the coupon codes advertise don’t work even when you pick the 50% off. nYC and company you guys have to do a better job on advertising deals and givin people advertised discounts and maybe label underneath apparel or items the discount won’t apply.
I want to be able to continue to use the NYC and Company but to keep customers happy? This is an area of improvement.
I’m ordering off line for the first time so if I get a good turn out on shipment I will rate the app again to give more positive feed back. Lol

The most up to date part of this app is being able to scam items in the store to add to your online cart to order.
Now to the features that need updating:
1. There’s no save for later option. Every girl need to sort her stiff conveniently!
2. You can’t see where items are available in stores to go pick up
3. There’s no correlation between the credit card and the shopping app. Like why can’t I log into my card and add it to the app for shopping?
4. There’s no tap to add coupons feature like ALL the other stores have. Even adding your rewards!
5. Even the way they organize their categories as you shop is off. It doesn’t update categories to match the sales like what items are B1G1 vs just on clearance.
Ugh. I need a better online shopping experience.
Application has issues constantly
The past three times I have attempted to place an order through this app I get error messages over and over. I logon to my desktop PC and I still get error issues every single time I try to check out. Last time it actually marked my reward as redeemed even though I was not able to make my purchase. I called customer service the next day and placed my order online and asked them to credit the reward to my order. Instead, they sent me a $20 gift card. I was not thrilled. Then, once I received items I returned some that were too large. It took well over 30 days for the credit to be processed to my account even though they verified the return was received.
