Rewards listed in app and online should be automatically preloaded in checkout when logged in with the option to use or remove from the payment options. I should not have to write down all numbers to use in app or online - especially the app. Can’t even copy and paste the numbers!
I had place order online and it was telling me it didn’t go threw but it charged my card for the amount and that amount was on hold on my card for 3 days and I kept calling shipping and they didn’t have a order for me but the amount was on hold on my card couldn’t place order or nothing had to call and speak to manager and he did something where I could place order again for the same thing and plus my coupon wasn’t working but the manager help me now my order went through, if order don’t go threw your card should be charged cause the person can’t place another order.
Improve App Functions!
The new App is not user friendly! I love shopping online w/ NY&C and decided to utilize the App. The Only positive option is the ability to use Face ID for log in.
The Ap now requires entry of CV for every purchase, no option to favorite clothing piece, when placing items in shopping cart, when deleting items they are still listed when attempting to Checkout. This could be a major issue when thinking Cart has been updated of removed items. Lastly once Order is placed, NO option to view the Order or Track! What Ap doesn’t view Orders??
These concerns may seem minimal but are MAJOR towards ensuring a Great, Pleasant shopping Experience.
