• ENROLLMENTS: Post an enrollment form on your website that can be easily imported directly into KaiPod Newton. Track different sites, student groups (pods), and concurrent programs like summer camps, day school, and afterschool activities.
• MESSAGING: Easy to use messaging between parents and educators. Get notified by email, text message, or push notification so you never miss important messages.
• STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM: Keep all information for each student in one convenient place. In Newton’s Student Information System, you can view important student information like parent contact information, enrollment history, preferred curriculum, authorized pickups, important health safety info, and academic records.
• TASK PLANNING: In Newton’s task planner, students' weekly plans and task lists are co-managed by the students themselves, their parents, educators, and school admins. This functionality encourages the students, their parents, and the educators to work together to plan each day and week. Newton also offers the option to post photos of paper plans or completed assignments.
• ATTENDANCE: Take attendance for the school day, including if a student leaves and returns for a doctor's visit, dentist appointment, etc. Easily editable and reportable.
• PHOTO GALLERY: Take photos of your students with your smartphone and upload them for a student's weekly plan or to share with the student's family. Each photo can be tagged for each included student so parents can see what their student’s days are like.
