Newtopia is a comprehensive disease prevention program that will guide and support you on your path to weight loss, more energy, better moods, and an overall healthier future. Our objective is to support you achieve long-term improvements in nutrition, physical activity, resilience to stress, and lifestyle management.

Strategies used to achieve these goals include regular live coaching sessions with a Newtopia health coach (aka “Inspirator”), in addition to a focus on self-monitoring of weekly goals specific to nutrition, physical activity, and weight.

With the “Achieve” app, your Newtopia Inspirator will follow your progress and provide you with personalized recommendations to help you navigate your personal path to good health. The more you use “Achieve”, the more personalized your program recommendations will become.

HEALTH APP INTEGRATION
Newtopia integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit to sync health and tracking data between your devices. This will allow you and your Newtopia Inspirator to keep track of your health data in one location, for easy tracking and management.

EFFECTIVE
Newtopia is based on the proven principles of behavior psychology, genetic personalization, nutrition, and exercise to help formulate the right plan for success.

HOW IT WORKS
Getting started with Newtopia is easy! Simply complete your health assessment and download the app. Based on what we learn about you, we will create a custom weight loss and healthy living plan, and personality-match you with a certified Newtopia coach. Once you’ve booked a session with your coach, you can start logging your progress in the app.

Makes things difficult

I get logged out far too often. It also needs to allow for updating past days if we forget to log an activity on the day we complete it. Would be great to have more automated logging from Apple Health and/or other fitness apps.

Long time user

I have had this ap and the body tracer scale for years and I love it!!! I was first introduced to Newtopia through a work program and lost a fair amount of weight with my coach while on the program. I then left the company but even after leaving, I continued to use the ap/ scale because I love it so much. I have not had any issues with it except for one time and it turned out the batteries were low. As soon as I changed them it started working perfectly again. So in 4+ years I have only had to change the batteries 1 time and have not had any other issues. (And I step on almost daily).
My only item on the wish list is to figure out how to pull my years of data out of the ap into a spread sheet. Future enhancement I hope.

Room to improve

The new app is easy to use and have helped me lose 16 lbs in a year in a healthy way. However, the goal setting function have limited function. It limits exercise to “taking steps” and ignore strength training, stretching, and flexibility. If all someone do is walk and run without strength training, ultimately that’s not good for overall health. If all someone does is walk and run at some point they might develop joints, back, and flexibility issues due to weak core and limited range of movements.
