Worked fine for me
My wife and I used this to handle a closing. Would’ve given 5 stars, but her phone timed out and had to try again on my phone. So, not perfect, hence 4 of 5 stars. If we had to use this again, we wouldn’t complain.
Glitchy and frustrating
This app is garbage. To use it for a simple signing took well over an hour because we literally had to reload all three peoples screens at every step, continually refreshing and trying over and over again to make it through. Very unreliable.
Worst app ever
QR scan wouldn’t work unless the lighting was perfect. Didn’t tell me that I had to turn my phone sideways to take a picture of my ID. I had to figure it out on my own. By the time I was finished the agent left. It told me the agent was going over my info and the agent was gone. Horrible experience using this app
