Can’t tell if it works or not
I submitted the information and photos asked of me through the app and it was very slow on confirmation. Although I was advised that I would get a response from the information I provided I did not hear anything. I tried to open the app to get contact info but the app just goes into a boot up phase and never launches. I should have just made an appointment with a live person to come in and do the inspection. I do not recommend this app.
