Need update to ORDER REVIEW
Love the food. But the APP and the in store Tablets need updates. Neither can process any of the special deals. For instance: the 5yr birthday burger could only be done in the store by a clerk at the register. This deal would not work on the APP or in store Tablets making no it not convenient for your shoppers.
Also, when using the APP you cannot see what your true total is if you are using your prom deals. I had the $3 off for the 5yr birthday promo but it wouldn’t show on my phones order review page. You can only see it with the receipt stapled to your bag. This leaves your customers wondering if they even got the promo deal.
The PREVIOUS ORDERS section on the APP is confusing as well. I was trying to see what mistakes were made when I accidentally ordered one of the previous orders (your team members were awesome with fixing that). There is no option to just view the previous receipts. When you select one of your previous orders it automatically starts to order that selection. To delete it you have to delete each individual item from that order.
So... fixes needed to the APP.
1) A CANCEL ORDER button.
2) Option to only review previous orders.
3) Adding SPECIAL OFFERS to the APP and in store Tablets and showing this on the review order page when making a purchase.
4) Adding PROMO DEALS to the review order page when making a purchase.
Everything else is awesome! I’m in no way going to stop going. I love the food and customer service I have received so far. The only problems have been with the APP and Tablets taking specials and promos.
