We have added a pop-up notification when users click on the "Register" button. This pop-up serves as a friendly reminder to all Paratransit Access Line (PAL) and Reduced Fare riders to register their photo ID on our fare system’s website before logging in to the mobile app. This feature aims to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration experience for these riders by directing them to the correct registration procedure.

Glitches

Constantly having to try and refresh for a new pass and it glitches and doesnt load for minutes.

Fitting app for the NFTA

I have never gotten this app to work. Not only does it not scan at the reader, it also stopped letting me log in. Saying incorrect login info when it was autofilled from my password manager. I can’t believe Apple even lets this sorry excuse for an app remain on the App Store. It is completely non-functional. And I literally work with technology for a living and have an iPhone with the latest OS. If I can’t figure it out how is my mom or some tourist supposed to.

Absolute trash

This is the second time that I have put money into something that the Buffalo Metro has said will work on the bus, both times it didn’t work and luckily the bus drivers were kind enough to let me in anyways. Now I look like an idiot not being able to pay my fares, don’t release an app and take peoples money if it doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your time just go get cash back at tops 😂
