I face glitch many times with online banking system. Money reduce from my account but other person can’t received his/her money.
I feel tired with this problem. The nice point is they return our money/point in our account after call in service center . But it takes some times. We are not son of bilgets soo we have limited ammount on our account . Soo i face big problem many times . Soo i pay first before shop anything 🤯 such a amazing system🥵

Crappy app

Never mentioned that it will be charged when you use the app. Upon activation app asks to login either using password or fingerprint but when you use fingerprint to login app loads a while and crashes. Nothing in the app looks helpful or user friendly. Developers could have done better reviewing and testing the app before pushing to AppStore. If you lack testing skills then I am ready to help with testing the app and making it better. Kindly fix the crappy app or retract it from AppStore before getting garbage reviews.
