Nicequest ٤+

Nicequest is and has been part of my life for over Ten years. They are the best in the survey industry! Up front and reliable if you’re seriously thinking about survey taking Nicequest will take care but if you’re not upfront with them look elsewhere! Thank You Nicequest for so many excellent years!

Nicequest has good prizes, I have received a WaterPix flosser (something that I have wanted for a while, but was out of my price range). It took forever to receive my gift- a couple days of emailing their support staff (who were very kind and easy to work with) and I finally got word that my gift was delivered to some random fedex shop in the heart of downtown (what?). My biggest complaint is that premium nicestats will disable Pokémon Go unless you are connected to WiFi. Pokémon go is one of the top ten reasons why I have an expensive iPhoneXR, and the point of Pogo is to be out in the world, not in your house with your WiFi connection. I thought I had turned off nicestats after reading their help section that said “we know that it doesn’t work with some apps, lol tough luck I guess”, but I guess it re-configured and I can’t get it to turn off. I am visiting my hometown and I have friends that are expecting me to play Pokémon go this weekend with them, and I can’t.

I do enjoy the program that Nicequest’s app offers—but the rewards available to redeem are not compelling enough to justify the benefit of the app altogether. I emailed them about the gift cards never being in stock and the response was that the gift cards are essentially random and not guaranteed to ever be in stock. Should more gift cards be readily available to redeem, I would reconsider my rating.
