Getting in shape can be a challenge, so making exercise fun and engaging is crucial to staying on the right track. This Nike fitness app features a polished collection of visual workouts, hosted by celebrity athletes like Serena Williams. It’s equally effective at home or at the gym. While each lesson can be taken on its own, Nike Training Club also features monthlong structured programs that’ll help you achieve even better results.
No longer has downloadable workouts which is a huge loss. App has been freezing for months now when first opened. Now there’s a splash screen to cover this delay for “loading your workouts”. Finish a workout and it freezes. Have to close the app to get back to menu. Honestly love the workouts but it’s become so painful to use. iPad OS26 update. No longer able to use full screen video and can barely see the workout in landscape mode.
With everything being paid or subscription based these days, Nike’s Training Club app is a silver lining resource for active recovery (and video based guided workouts if you’re into those)! I’ve been using it off and on for a few years for a few years in conjunction with running and lifting programs. It’s nice to follow along to change up my usual pre, post, and recovery sessions.
I’ve been using this app for many years and it has the best mobility and stretching workouts I’ve been able to find across the most popular paid apps. Getting into middle age and perimenopause, I’m always tense and these workouts are so helpful! (Note, not a fan of the ‘stitched together’ workouts though).
I’ve been a member since 2012. I’ve had other workout apps but nothing compares to Nike Training Club. It’s absolutely free, ad free, and user friendly! The app has a variety of workouts that to your needs. Also, as a massage therapist, I recommend this app to all my clients that need help with letting go tension and to build muscle to protect their joints and bones.
I’ve been using Nike Training Club for a day and I have got to say, I’m impressed. There is a huge selection of different types of workouts for people of all levels. But what really makes the app great is that you get all of this for free! If you want an 8-pack or just one simple workout, this is the app for you.
Love the app, but ever since my iPad updated to ios26, full screen has gone, and it’s worse in landscape mode which is the mode I always use. While I’m at it, if you want to finish a program early, please allow us to skip the reason why, or just add Other as an option, because none of the options presented are the reason why.
