AWSOME I LOVE THE FLAVOR THE PEARLS BALS IN MY MOUTH
Mobile ordering only semi functional
Placed a mobile order hoping to avoid chaos at the store. Got multiple push notifications after each respective wait time had elapsed telling me the wait time had been extended 15-30 minutes. After an hour and a half of this, I waited and spoke with kind shop employees who helped to sort out the error that the app never notified me the drink had been made (at the original estimated time for pick up) and had just been sitting and waiting, meanwhile the app had continued to send notifications about delayed pick up time, implying the drink had not yet been made.

I just ordered my boba and I didn’t mean for it to be pickup and now I can’t cancel the order. I am so mad right now and it’s so f’ed up that I can’t cancel my flipping order. KYS NIKO NIKO
