Much Needed Update
The new NinjaTrader is a breath of fresh air. The new Interface is modern and sleek and a much needed update as the old app was quite outdated. That being said there’s still a few things that are missing that I would like to see added in future updates.
The first thing is not being to see all the information on the top like the old NinjaTrader (Equity, Open Profit, Cash, Auto-Liq Level, Day Margin, Total Profit) instead you have to click on the side bar to see the above mentioned. Seeing these things at a glance while you’re in a trade is a nice feature to have and would love to see it return in a future update.
The second thing is Dark Mode. Please add an option to turn on Dark Mode as it would add to the modern, sleek UI as-well as many people’s personal preferences with how they want the app to look like.
The third thing would be the drop down menu when you click on a market on the Quotes tab that we have on the old NinjaTrader app with all the specs, Volume, 1H,4H, etc.. having these things would really add to the new NinjaTrader without removing the useful features of the previous app.
The new NinjaTrader is much needed update and I’m glad it’s here. But there’s things missing that need to be brought in a future update in order to make the app even better then the previous

Edit: Decent Mobile Platform
This app is decent with good functionality. There have been times of occasional “lag” and app crashes, but that could be caused by my phone. Not sure. Generally it is good at its job.
Couple points of criticism.
Some of the indicators you can add are old and I do not believe they were intended for a mobile platform thus do not work as intended.
This isn’t specifically towards the app, but more so NinjaTrader as a whole. The 2FA is the most frustrating to use and setup I’ve ever encountered. Mind you I’m very computer literate and work in IT. The confirmation emails to approve a device DO NOT WORK for me. I click approve device and it does nothing! What happens is that I get stuck into a captcha loop. I can only get 1 approved device to log in (my phone). The browser and desktop app are blocked unless I turn 2FA off.
WHY default to an email based 2FA/approval when an Authenticator app is way better and already on the platform!?!

Amazing App
it’s an amazing app however the chart view always seems to glitch for me, i’m having to swipe left and right up and down for it to appear, and sometimes it won’t even appear requiring me to close and reopen the app
