• Find a Provider - Easily find providers and facilities in your area or a specific location with this great tool.
• Check Claim Status - View your most recent claim details or search for claims based on the date of service, provider or status.
• Review your Benefits - View your deductible levels, out-of-pocket accumulations, and account balances.
• ID Card - View your ID card on your device. You can also send the image to your registered email address.
• Wellness Portal - Access individualized health action recommendations, wellness tools, trackers, and educational resources (available to members enrolled for medical coverage).
• Contact Customer Service - Quick access to customer service, including a helpful ‘Submit a Question’ feature.

Several errors and features unavailable
Vision benefits show not available when I tap the button.
Find Provider for medical and dental return a “something went wrong” error, and vision forwards me to my browser instead of searching in-app.
Does not work
I have two accounts registered and only my expired account shows up on the app. The website provides a choice but not on the app. I appreciate that they are trying to provide access to past claims information, but the app needs to work.
App does not work most of the time I need it
This app cannot recognize user login. All claims do not load if you ever do get on. Half the time it is down and force closes with minimal functions. It makes insurance somehow more frustrating than it already is
