Good car with the charger take my wife around town

I am very pleased so far. My wife is not a person to drive long distance with her car, yet we purchased the adverted cord for the car and I hope I never have to charge at a Tesler station. I like the car rides smooth as silk and it is just what we needed. The Leaf is good for us. Thanks

The app is competent but not great

The biggest complaint is that the app is very slow to update, whether attempting to get your current state of charge, turning on climate controls, etc. at least a recent update changed the app so opening it will automatically refresh its status, which was a good move.

Sadly, you cannot select the color of the Leaf in the app to match your own. Why not?

I wish that I could also set up charge schedules from the app. For instance, if I have a charge schedule for 7pm-10pm every day, but want to add more charge outside of those hours, I could either go into the car and disable the timer, or hit “start charging” on the app, but I can’t set a timer within the app. I should be able to select a charge time or percentage from within the app. The widget controls and Apple Watch controls are essentially useless - they take multiple times longer to update and often don’t work.

Buggy mess

I can’t even tell you what the app is like, I can’t get into it. It kept telling me to call Nissan every time I refreshed. I time traveled back to 2010 (felt like 1990) and fiddled with the settings and reset Carwings in my Leaf and spent hours trying to login only to finally found out I needed to enroll to NissanConnect on my online account. Once I did that the app finally gave me a pin and password to enter in to my leaf to login. It finally connected on the Leaf system, however, the app is another story. Once it shows me that new pin/password, it kicks me back to the login screen and I hit login and it loops me back around…and no matter how many times I login it logs me back out sending me into an infinite loop. So yeah, I can’t even get in to use the app with my Leaf, which I deem worth of a 1 star review.
