For example, NIVONA offers its customers a small short manual with videos via app for the first commissioning and the first purchase with their new machine. Important tips on the use and cleaning of the machine as well as the coffee itself are also integrated in the app in video and text form. And since NIVONA attaches great importance to customer service, the app's versatile service aspects are also convincing.

Known issues:
- Sometimes there is a timeout when switching the Flying Picture.

Broken

The app shows an "update content" warning on any button press.

App useless

The app will not pair with the coffee machine. Just displays “Loading” and nothing happens. Please fix this.
