Und da im Hause NIVONA der Kundenservice groß geschrieben wird, überzeugen auch die vielseitigen Service-Aspekte der App.

Just does not connect

I failed to even connect to the machine. It shows under the device list for a few seconds but then disappears. App restart, phone reboot, machine reboot, machine Bluetooth reset — nothing helps. Was this ever tested?

Broken

The app shows an "update content" warning on any button press.

App useless

The app will not pair with the coffee machine. Just displays “Loading” and nothing happens. Please fix this.
